Promo Mechanics and Offer

1. Promo Period The Metrobank Receive, Reward, Repeat Promo 2 (“Promo”) runs from August 1 to October 31, 2026 (“Promo Period”).

2. Eligibility The promo is open to select Metrobank deposit accountholders (“Eligible Clients”) who have:

   1. Registered an active email and/or local mobile number with Metrobank;

      The Bank will not be liable if the client provided an invalid email address or mobile number. To receive updates about the promo, clients must ensure their registered email address and mobile number with Metrobank are updated and active.    2. Received an official promo notification via email and/or Viber or SMS;

   3. Have at least one (1) existing and active Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit account.

3. Promo Mechanics To qualify for the promo, eligible clients must receive funds of at least PHP 100 from another bank or e-wallet account via InstaPay in any of their Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit account/s (“Qualified InstaPay Transfer”) at least five (5) times in a month (“Transaction Period”).

   Qualified InstaPay Transfers received are counted per eligible client. If an eligible client has multiple Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit Accounts, all Qualified InstaPay Transfers received across these accounts will be combined and counted per client, not per account owned.

Promo Offer

Eligible clients who received at least five (5) Qualified InstaPay Transfers per Transaction Period may earn a PHP 50 cash gift for the first five (5) successful transactions. An additional PHP 10 cash gift will be earned for every Qualified InstaPay Transfer thereafter, capped at PHP 100 cash gift or equivalent to 10 Qualified InstaPay Transfers per month. A client may earn up to PHP 300 for thirty (30) Qualified InstaPay Transfers throughout the Promo Period.

Promo Transaction Period and Crediting

Eligible clients with Qualified InstaPay Transfers will be notified via email and/or SMS within seven (7) banking days from the Cash Gift Crediting Date**. The cash gift will be credited to the client’s most recently opened and active Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit account.

Terms and Conditions

Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-264101, Series of 2026

1. Only clients whose email and/or mobile numbers are updated/registered with Metrobank and who receive an official promo notification via email and/or Viber or SMS during the Promo Period are eligible for the offer.
2. Participation in the Promo does not require registration. Eligible clients automatically qualify upon meeting the promo requirements.
3. The Promo is applicable to Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit Accounts only, including Payroll Accounts.
4.  Only successful and posted InstaPay inbound transactions will be considered as valid Qualified InstaPay Transfers. Failed, reversed, or canceled transactions, funds received from another Metrobank account or product or branch, and those worth less than PHP 100 are ineligible for the reward.
5. Clients must complete at least five (5) Qualified InstaPay Transfers within each Transaction Period to be eligible for the reward. Qualified InstaPay Transfers are counted per eligible client, regardless of the number of transfers they receive across their active personal peso deposit accounts.
6. Each client may earn reward/s per Transaction Period subject to the applicable maximum monthly cash gift. Transactions above the maximum limit of 10 times per Transaction Period cannot be carried over to the next Transaction Period.
7. Metrobank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each client and his/her Qualified InstaPay Transfers.
8. The reward will be credited to the client’s most recently opened and active Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit account within the Cash Gift Crediting Date. In case the client’s most recently opened Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit account is inactive or closed during the awarding, the cash gift will be credited to his/her next active Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit account.
9. Metrobank may withhold or forfeit the cash gift if, at the time of validation and crediting, the client’s Metrobank Personal Peso Deposit accounts are closed, dormant, blocked, restricted, or otherwise ineligible to receive the reward.
10. Metrobank may disqualify any client, withhold, reverse, or recover any cash gift credited in error or obtained through fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to artificial transaction generation, misuse of the Promo, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
