How to redeem the promo?
- Prior reservation is required to avail of the offer.
- Cardholders must present and use a valid Metrobank credit or debit card to pay for the bill.
What are the terms and conditions of the promo?
- The Promo is valid for select Three (3) Course Surf and Turf Steak Set Meal with drink only. Choose from the available steak food items: Certified Angus Steak, Premium Australian Wagyu and Premium Japanese Wagyu.
- One round of drink is included in the offer, choose from Iced Tea or Soda.
- Not valid for take-out or delivery orders.
- Promo is good for 1 person only and is valid for up to a maximum of 8 persons per table.
- Cardholders are allowed multiple transactions daily as long as all the promo mechanics are met.
- Promo cannot be availed for catering services.
- The promo prices are already inclusive of taxes.
- 10% service charge shall be excluded from the promo and will be charged based on the original food price (net of VAT).
- The Three (3) Course Surf and Turf Steak Set menu comes with the following:
  - Potato sidings of the day and mixed vegetables
  - Choice of Surf and Turf – Grilled Prawns or Prawns Ajillo (2 pcs)
  - Choice of Steak - Certified Angus Steak, Premium Australian Wagyu and Premium Japanese Wagyu

- Cardholders are allowed to use only one (1) Metrobank card per dine-in transaction, per table. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
- All other fee pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
- The promo is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, persons with disability (PWD) and Senior Citizen can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Magna Carta Persons with Disability / Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2021, whichever is higher.

The use of the Metrobank Cards in connection with this promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank cards.

Metrobank reserves the right to disqualify a previously approved transaction subsequently cancelled or charged back within the promo period. Should a cardholder receive the discount, but was later on deemed unqualified for not meeting the requirements of the promo due to disputes arising from, but not limited to, erroneous, invalid, fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, the cost of the discount shall be charged by Metrobank to the cardholder’s card account.

Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Metrobank Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this promo.

Any dispute concerning the products or services, including pricing, related to the promo shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Melo’s Steakhouse, with the concurrence of the DTI. Metrobank shall be free from any liability in the event of such dispute.

In case of dispute in respect of Metrobank only and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Metrobank, with the concurrence of the DTI, shall be considered final.

By joining or availing of this promo, the cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
