To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

Prior reservation is required.
Full payment is required to guarantee a room booking.
An incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 per room for the whole stay will be collected upon check-in to be paid in cash. This is refundable upon check-out if not consumed.
Offer is not applicable for walk-in guests.
Offers cannot be used by group bookings, e.g. multiple bookings, wherein occupants do not belong in 1 household. A cardholder is not allowed to combine 4-5 bookings, e.g. group tour.
A rebooking fee of PHP 1,500 per room but not applicable in case of Force Majeure. This applies to guaranteed bookings with deposit. A booking revision must be arranged through our Reservations office at least a week in advance. In case of booking extension, this is subject to availability.
For Force Majeure, rebooking can be applied within 6 months from original date of departure. Room rates are subject to adjustment based on prevailing rates during the new travel date.
The standard room cancellation and rebooking policies of Banana Bay Boracay will strictly follow.
Resort’s general terms & conditions shall apply.
Blackout dates apply on the following:
- December 20, 2025 to January 3, 2026
- February 15, 2026 to February 21, 2026
- March 27, 2026 to April 5, 2026

General Terms and Conditions

1. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.

Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

4. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and/or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.

Follow the procedures below for online payment:

The cardholder must express his/her intent to avail of the promo and provide his/her name, mobile number, email address & preferred date of stay to the Reservation for the quotation.
Once the cardholder confirmed the booking, a Reservation Letter will be sent by the Merchant with the payment link via email.
Cardholder clicks the payment link and completes the payment using his/her BPI or Robinsons Bank Card.
Once payment is completed, the cardholder must send a screenshot of the payment to the Reservations Team via email for verification.
Once payment is verified, the Merchant will send the Confirmation Letter via email.
Present the Confirmation Letter, valid ID and BPI or Robinsons Bank Card used. In the event upon verification, the card used is not qualified, the discounts applied will be reversed. The regular rates shall be charged, and any price difference must be settled upon check-in.
