General Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit or Debit Cards to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

2. For security, E-Commerce access is turned off by default. Go to the official BPI Debit Mastercard page to see the steps on enabling your E-Commerce access and International access in Card Control via BPI Online/BPI Mobile App when you need to transact online. Turn off your access when not in use.

3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

4. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

5. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

6. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.

7. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

9. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

10. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit and Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

2. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Flexipay:

Flexipay Terms & Conditions

1. FlexipayZero installment term is available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of Php 3,000 or higher.

2. The terms may be available for select services only.

3. All installment transactions are subject to BPI approval.

4. The Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other Flexipay features:

a. Up to 100% BONUS MADNESS LIMIT for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified BPI Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transactions will automatically be deducted from the Madness Limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

5. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to the principal amount using the diminishing balance method:

i. BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 2% on the principal amount should the cardholder decide to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.

ii. BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the 1st billing.

6. To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant. Participating Merchants are listed under Flexipay in Online Travel Fair microsite.

7. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant.

8. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.

How to Avail

1. Enjoy travel deals and discounted fares from participating merchants at the BPI Online Awesome Travel Fair from September 10, 2026 to September 13, 2026, extended until October 31, 2026, via the Online Travel Fair microsite.

2. The Online Travel Fair is open to all BPI Credit and Debit Cardholders.

3. The BPI Awesome ONLINE Travel Fair can be accessed through the Online Travel Fair microsite or through each of the online exhibitors’ booking sites. The link for the Online Travel Fair microsite will be cascaded prior to event launch.
