Eligibility

• The promo period is from October 5 - 31, 2026.
• The promo is open to selected Maya Users who will receive the official promo invitation via SMS and/or in-app notification from Maya. Eligibility is determined based on Maya's internal criteria.

Mechanics

1. Eligible Maya users must complete the following conditions within the promo period:
   • Apply for a Maya Black Credit Card or Landers Everywhere Cashback Credit Card
     • Application & offers are subject to bank evaluation.
   • Spend at least Php 2,500 in accumulated qualified transactions
2. The following transactions are disqualified/excluded from the spend requirement to earn the P1,000 giftaway eGC:
   1. Quasi-cash transactions, including purchases of prepaid or stored-value cards, e-wallet loads, savings bonds, and similar cash equivalents
      • MCC 6050 – Quasi Cash (Member Financial Institution)

3. Upon successful completion of the above conditions, Maya will send an in-app notification confirming that they have qualified for the promo.
   • Redemption Process:
     • Check your Maya notification: Once you’ve completed the promo requirements, you’ll receive an in-app notification from Maya with your voucher code.
     • Copy your voucher code: Copy the Giftaway voucher code provided in the notification.
     • Go to the Giftaway redemption page: Visit Giftaway Redemption Page and enter your voucher code.
     • Choose and redeem your eGC:  Select over 100 merchants to use your ₱1,000 eGC on and follow the instructions to complete your redemption.
     • Voucher is valid until December 31, 2026 only
4. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo and Maya Business Manager are disqualified from participating in this promo.
   • Only Consumer accounts are qualified for this promo. Maya users with Maya merchant accounts and Maya Center agents are not qualified from participating in this promo.
5. Users with 2 Maya credit cards can only redeem the promo once

Terms & Conditions

1. The reward is considered final unless a complaint is raised within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, Maya Bank, in coordination with DTI, will review the matter.
2. The reward can only be redeemed once during the whole promo period, despite having 2 Maya Credit Cards. The card which was able to successfully complete all promo mechanics will be the one receiving the reward.
3. The promo is non-cumulative, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
4. Maya accounts who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya Bank, or is found to be a suspect of any fraudulent activities with their Maya account are not qualified to participate in this promo.
5. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of the prize, subject to prior approval by DTI-FTEB.
6. In case of disputes regarding customer eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya's decision shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.
7. Transactions are not considered to be qualified in the event that a credit card purchase transaction is cancelled, declined, refunded, reversed or voided.
8. This promo is applicable to select Maya users who receive the official promo invitation via SMS and/or in-app notification from Maya. Maya Bank reserves the right to withdraw or claw back rewards if one person has already received the benefit, even if already issued.
9. Maya Bank, reserves the right to withhold granting of rewards where there are proven customer activities that require further investigation.
10. Those who are proven to be abusing the Maya system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
11. If a reward or benefit has already been awarded and a violation or proven fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya Bank, Inc. reserves the right to claw back the prize or reward.
12. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya Bank on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
