6. One-time rebooking is allowed. The date modification/rebooking must be done 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.

7. Cancellations caused by fortuitous events, force majeure, government restrictions can be rescheduled but not refunded. Rebooking is accepted within the stated travel validity for this promotion.

8. Booking is not transferrable. Cardholder must be one of the staying guests.

9. The full payment is required upon reservation & is non-refundable.
