- Cardholders must inform via the call or email that they are an existing World of Hyatt member and should be qualified for the additional 2% off on their booking.
  - For non-World of Hyatt members, Cardholders may sign-up via a dedicated QR code for each restaurant at Grand Hyatt or at the Front Desk which can be scanned to enroll free of charge.
  - Hotel will inform on how to proceed once World of Hyatt membership is active.
- For confirmation of reservation, the hotel will revert to the guest via call or email and send the ipay88 online payment link for settlement of fee.
- Cardholders should pay the fee with their Security Bank credit card.
- An email confirmation will be sent to the guest after payment.
- Upon check-in, guest must present and use their Security Bank credit card to proceed with full payment.

The Promo is open to all Security Bank Mastercard credit cardholders (“Cardholder/s”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good* credit standing.

Offer is non-commissionable, non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, points, gift certificates, or other products.
All incidental charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at Grand Hyatt or any affiliated establishments where the charges were incurred.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those with Security Bank Mastercard credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of Security Bank-issued credit cards.

Upon check-in, guest must present and use their Security Bank credit card to proceed with full payment.

There is no lead time requirement for reservations. Cardholders may book a reservation and avail the accommodations within the same day.

Promo is valid for new bookings only. Promo is not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous bookings. At the same time, the 2% off offer for World of Hyatt members is not retroactive and can only be availed by active World of Hyatt members.

Billings and Payments

Pre-payment is required at the time of booking a reservation.
Any charges that may be incurred by guests during their stay must be settled upon check-out.

No-show, Modification, and Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed 3 days prior to check-in date.
Late cancellations or reductions in the number of guaranteed rooms shall be charged in full, equivalent to the total room nights reserved.
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as no-show and will be charged accordingly.

Standard accommodation terms and conditions according to Grand Hyatt apply.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.

In case of disputes related to this Promo, the decision of Grand Hyatt Manila and Security Bank Corporation shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Security Bank Corporation.

Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Grand Hyatt Manila with the concurrence of DTI.

All queries or issues arising from this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) calendar days after the last day of the promo period, after which, Security Bank will no longer accommodate disputes and/or requests.
