Eligibility

1. Open to active Maya Black Credit Card (MBCC) Cardholders.
2. You must have Maya @username. If you don’t have one yet, you must create one to be eligible.
3. Referees must apply within the October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 and must be approved no later than 30 business days after December 31, 2026.

Mechanics

1. The promo is  from October 1 to December 31, 2026.

2. This promotion is open to all active Maya Black Credit Card Cardholders (MBCC cardholders) with referral codes, who successfully refer individuals who apply for the Maya Black Credit Card during the Promo Period. Both Referrer and Referee may earn rewards under this Program.

3. A successful referral is defined as one where the referred individual (referee) is approved for a Maya Black Credit Card.

4. Each successful referral entitles the Referrer to receive 1,500 Maya Miles and the Referee to receive 1,000 Maya Miles, subject to completion of the referral requirements and approval of the Referee’s credit card application

5. Only MBCC cardholders who are in active status are qualified to make referrals.

6. There is no limit to the number of referrals that a cardholder wishes to refer.

7. The Referral Period is from October 1 to December 31, 2026. The Referee must

   1. input the referral code during the MBCC application process and
   2. complete the MBCC application process within the Referral Period. The Referee’s application may be approved within thirty (30) business days after December 31, 2026 and will still be considered eligible.

• All Referees will go through the Bank’s standard credit card evaluation process/approval and turnaround time.
  1. Upon pre-eligibility checks, the Referee will receive a message from the Maya app to continue with the final steps of application at the "Cards” tab on the Maya app and provide additional details and/or additional income documents as needed.
  2. Upon approval, the Referee may use their Credit Card for online purchases. The Physical Card will be delivered afterward following the standard card delivery turnaround time for Metro Manila and provinces by Maya’s card courier/s.
• Additional Guidelines when referring:
  1. Referees who submit applications through other means outside the credit card application process and beyond the referral period shall not qualify
  2. Referees who quote a referral code not provided by Maya shall not qualify
  3. Maya employees may only participate as Referrers and shall not be eligible to participate as Referees. Employee eligibility is subject to review and update for each campaign run.
  4. MBCC cardholders referring an existing MBCC cardholder shall not qualify
  5. Existing Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card cardholders applying for Maya Black Credit Card as their second Maya Credit Card shall not qualify.
  6. Family Card or Supplementary Card cardholders shall not qualify.
  7. Only Referrers and Referees who fully comply with the application requirements can be counted under this Referral Program.
  8. In case a Referrer is found to have made a misrepresentation or any other similar activity, as determined by Maya Bank, the latter shall have the right to forfeit the referral/reward.
  9. Rewards of MBCC cardholders will be forfeited if cardholder cancels the card, cardholder becomes past due or Bank suspends the cardholder due to valid reasons as covered in the Credit Card T&C.
  10. Only Referees can follow up the status of their card application with Maya Bank based on the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) through the various contact details provided for purposes of their credit card application. Maya shall not be bound to share any personal data of the applicant with the MBCC cardholder Referrer even if the same originated or was submitted to Maya by the Employee-Referrer. By participating in this Program, users consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Maya’s Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012
