II. PROMO PERIOD AND OFFER

1. Promo runs from April 20 to October 20, 2026.

2. Cardholders are entitled to get 10% OFF discount at Apple & Eve stores on all regular priced items, plus 0% installment and Get Billed Later up to 6 months.

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cardholder must charge the total bill to his/her PNB card in a single-receipt transaction or may avail of 0% Installment or Get Billed Later installment up to 6 months.

2. Installment transactions are applicable to all PNB credit cards only except PNB Corporate Cards.

3. Discount is available for multiple transactions and is not limited to one transaction per person.

4. Promo cannot be availed at department stores and online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and Zalora.

5. No minimum spends for straight transactions.

6. A minimum of P5,000 spend is required for 0% installment or Get Billed Later.

7. Offers are not convertible to cash.

8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

9. Straight and installment transaction posted in Cardholder’s account shall earn Reward Points/Miles. Points/Miles will be reflected in the SOA upon posting of the monthly amortization.

10.All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.

11.Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.

12.The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
