Program Mechanics

1. Qualification:

   Promo is open to all active principal and supplementary cardholders of the following PNB Cards:

   • PNB Platinum Mastercard
   • PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles Platinum Mastercard
   • PNB–The Travel Club Platinum Mastercard
   • PNB–La Salle Greenhills Alumni Association Platinum Mastercard
   • PNB–Alumni Association of Xavier School Platinum Mastercard
   • PNB–Immaculate Conception Academy Alumnae Association Platinum Mastercard
   • PNB-PAL Mabuhay Miles World Mastercard

2. Promo Period and Offer:

   1. The promo is valid from September 15, 2026 October 15, 2026.
   2. PNB Cardholders are entitled to up to 50% OFF on the total food bill every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

• How to Avail Discount

  1. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her participating PNB Credit Card in a single-receipt transaction.

• Terms and Conditions

  1. The offer can be availed of in a single-receipt transaction, per table, per visit.
  2. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
  3. Splitting of single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
  4. Offers are not convertible to cash.
  5. Private functions, parties and banquet sales are excluded from this promo. Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
  6. All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.
  7. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  8. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her PNB Card, PNB reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Credit account.
  9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
