To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB Credit Card in a single receipt transaction.
Discount applies to spa services only; retail products are excluded.
Discount is applied prior to tax.
Offers are not convertible to cash.
This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
Any amendment in the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
